First interaction was an assessment and then was emailed by a recruiter, very pleasant and responsive via email. I then had a zoom with the head of the analytics team since the hiring manager was new and not able to conduct the interview. It was one of the worst interviews I've had all year. He opened the zoom saying "you will be asking me questions instead of the other way around". I was given no introduction or more information on the role. I asked if he had questions for me. One of which being "what do you want to be when you grow up". At the end of the conversation I felt like I was pulling teeth just trying to work through this call. He then said it seems like I actually want a different job on his team. Brushed me off, kind of laughing. I reported this to the recruiter hoping to get an interview with that other role, she said she would work to get me in and I have been ghosted since. Super disheartening interview, was really excited about DSG but will never look back now.
