Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward with more or less boilerplate questions. They are quick with responses though, which is nice as opposed to a long drawn out process. They seem to have their act together.
Long 3 stage interview process. The testing was difficult but I'm not sure how important the results are so don't stress. I would recommend familiarizing yourself with the business and industry before your interview.

Give an example of a time you overcame a challenge?
It was nice and smooth, first interviewed with HR on phone, then with hiring managers and then with market general manager and at the end with the VP. It was well organized and managed professionally. Only the VP was questioning my transcript a lot. He literally spent 20 minutes on my transcript.
