Today's interview was very interesting and informative. So many positive changes not to mention the friendly vibe. I was greated with a smile and my experience was more than what I expected. I hope I can start my career with dish and be part of dish family.
- One question that stood out was towards the end of the interview. ? What do I have/bring to the table that the other candidates don't have.

When I was ready to get seen, the person who interviewed me got straight to the point but was very relaxed the entire interview. It didn’t take no longer than 15 minutes. All around it was one of the smoothest interviews I’ve had.
- Recall a time you had to upsell or promote something from your past work experience?

Typical interview, with typical questions about previous experience. Only issue I had was they wanted you to take a numerical aptitude test, plus a "personality test" to make sure you "fit into their culture.' I cannot believe that a company of this size puts people candidates through crap like this. These types of tests have been proven ineffective countless times, and any company that is having a Mid Senior level candidate go through these types of tests is toxic. Also, they harass you for your references BEFORE you even get an offer, and will continue to harass you over and over and over again until you push back. This company is clearly toxic. Just look at the Glass Door reviews. Dish network is a joke. 😄
- tell me about yourself

The interview experience exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the hard work and care the recruiting team has for candidates. It is a 360 interview process with a good combination of panel interviews and pre-employment questionnaires. Transparency and feedback is provided all along. I recommend this 5-star experience.
