Applied on Indeed, recruiter left voicemail scheduled time and met virtually. Then I interviewed at the office. The first person I talked to helped me prepare for interview and answered my questions. Haley was really nice. Another lady sent me a text reminder for my actual interview. I checked in and then met my interviewer. He was really cool. Can’t remember his name but he told me more about the role, types of calls, asked about me. Then I got an offer to start the next day. They are real fast here.

Interview process was quick and easy! The process was 2 weeks. Most of my time was spent training and shadowing once hired. Pay was discussed within the 1st interview and I was offered a job on the spot.
