Interview
total bait and switch - first, interviewer spoke like they were reading from a thesaurus the entire time. I actually timed it, and I went about 15 min without speaking a word as he was describing the commute. ok man. Second, the salary range posted was 100% fake and the ACTUAL salary was about 50% what they posted the range as. No wonder they post the range $65,000-85,000 otherwise ZERO candidates would apply for a position that requires a bachelors degree and 3-5 years experience. Listen to the reviews on here people - do not even engage with these clowns.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at DISH in Apr 2021
Interview
Lengthy and slow. I had 4 rounds and some of them felt redundant. Had to take what felt like an IQ test randomly in the middle. Classic interview questions for 1 round then just conversational calls with the hiring manager for 2 rounds. HR guy was upbeat and helpful.
