    Architectural Designer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Denver, CO

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at DLR Group (Denver, CO) in April 2016.

Very lackadaisical and unprofessional, done over the phone. Misspelled my name in my offer letter and issued me a title that was not approved by the corporate structure. I had to go through a 3 month vetting process as a contractor before being offered the full time position even though it was an employee referral.
