On first interview, I talked with a senior guy, who was quite polite. We talked alot, almost two hours about technical questions and solutions under some test-exercises. There were some inciedent-management, basic software development and SQL tasks.
He gave me a prompt feedback, that my skills fits to his imagination, so he's going to promote me for a second round.
In secound round I talked with the responsible manager. The interview itself was very unprofessional, taked place in his office, his assistant was in the office also but not participated in the interview process, I think...
No any serious questions came up only the same ones before. I felt I only repeat myself from the first round. (...and think, why did you invite me if looks like you seriously bored)
After two weeks of silent I got a feedback, my SQL skills was not enough.
