Couple conversations, nice people can't complain. Have a a good help desk and customer service teammates. Seems like they are more than just an MSP and provide some more solutions.

Interview
I had a fairly long phone interview with the CEO then an in person interview about a week later with senior staff. The in person interview was not well run, there were not specific deck questions and the group had very few questions after a main introduction. The VP did not give any specific follow up timetable.

The CEO said I sounded "too nice" for the job, asked me to explain how I hold people accountable. It was odd.
