Interview
I found this job on Careerbuilder. I e-mailed a resume to an anonymous company. I was contacted by phone by a local representative, the company is out of Nebraska. Since they do not have an office here, the gentleman on the phone suggested that we meet at a restaurant for lunch. He was prompt, friendly and I felt at ease right way. He did not ask any difficult questions or canned interview questions such as "what do you consider your greatest weakness". We discussed issued dealing only the business at hand. I thought it went very well, I was confident that I could not have done a better job.

Question 1
As he should, the representative asked if I had a book of business to bring to the company, and because I have been out of the title insurance industry for 2 years, I did not. This may make me a undesirable candidate.
