Interview
One 30 min phone interview where interviewer was 25 mins late. Second round was another 30 min interview with one of the senior management where the interviewer was yawning between the interview. Also the questions were repetitive. One request is if the interview is only 30 minutes, please be specific on what you are looking for. It is very difficult to gauge what’s in the interviewers mind if he is not open to explain.

Long, maybe 7-8 rounds. This went on for months and was a waste of time. If they cannot select a candidate in 2 months then they should wait to hire for that role.

Would you be okay with a good amount of business travel?
Long and tedious. Too many rounds of interviews. Onboarding is terrible. My manager wasn't even the office my first day and didn't reach out to me via phone or email.
3 rounds of interview . The interviews were related to my work experiences from previous companies. Challenges faced in the implementations. How did I address the challenges. The last round was HR round.
