Interview
Worst Manager Panel - Worst experience. Manager doesn't know how to take interview at all and doesn't treat the candidate with respect.
Two rounds - One was with technical engineer and other was Managerial round.
First round - Authentication, OOPS basic, AWS/Azure experience, SQL, Are you willing to learn new technologies, this round went well with developer had proper technical knowledge.
Second Round - the manager came in and asked - "How do you resolve conflicts?" "How do you manage your workload along with the junior workload assigned to him" "What do you believe a job of team lead" - when these kind of questions does not have a specific kind of answer[have mentioned answers below], every answer was smiled or smirked upon. Even if i had answered wrong, why is the interviewer mocking the candidate?
THEN after 2/3 similar questions he said you have not answered one of it correctly and mocked. Then he further went into other technical questions which i couldn't answer as i was already flustered.
And even after all this he asked about the package that was discussed for and said why is it so much for 3 years experience when this was well agreed upon 2 times by the HR.

One virtual interview on the phone. It was general questions about my experience and studies and a quick personal presentation. I think the cv gives more chance than the interview to be accepted for an internship.
