Pathetic experience. The HR who called me doesn't have any soft skills. Scheduled interview at 3.30PM, calls me at 3.27PM and asks me why I did not join the interview yet. The first round was conducted by a couple of developers and they did not even check with me if I had any questions for them. When I called the HR about the exact role they are looking for, he told me he has no idea ( knows only what is there in the JD which did not mention anything about the role btw & only mentioned the expertise required). After the completion of second round, came to know that the role they are looking for is completely different from my expectation. What a waste of time!
