There were 2 rounds-GD and technical(written and verbal) For group discussion, 2 topics were given and we could speak on topic of your choice. Written paper was average with easy to moderate questions. Questions in technical interview round- 1. What do you do when your laptop/PC is running slow? 2, How would you troubleshoot if you are getting blue/black screen? 3.How would you troubleshoot printer issues?

First a test to evaluate your tech strenghts (easy), then HR interview with presentation in English on a topic that interests you, then you get a manager call. Pretty long process but to the point.
Firstly ask me introduce myself, then start ask questions ,ask my experience, technical details, past employment history, expected salary range, if would like to work Remotely, some really detailed technical questions
Went smooth and had great help from HR. HR helped me in every process and was really supportive. Got placed and my training is also good, pay is also decent. I hope everything goes well
