Interview Process is quite friendly. But it takes a lot of time to go through the whole interview process. Interviewer take 40 to 45 minutes on each candidate to evaluate them.

Interview
Solve a take home java based assignment and discuss your solution and implementations. May be asked how solution can be further improved. Other concepts such as OOP, design patterns may be tested on the spot
