I met Rick Diana for a breakfast meeting in Morristown, NJ a couple of years ago through a mutual friend and thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. Life ended up taking me out to the Richmond, VA area for a little over a year. Most recently, when I was in the process of relocating back to my home town in Morris County, NJ and beginning the job search in the greater New York City area, Rick was one of the first people that came to mind. Rick referred me to Denise Cappuccio, Director of Client Services within DaVinciTek. Denise and I had a phone conversation and from there, scheduled and in person interview. From the moment the I met Denise, I knew that she was an incredibly professional and seasoned businesswoman. But aside from all that Denise brings to the table professionally, she is just as down to earth and compassionate. After that first interview, a second interview was scheduled with the Management Team one week later where I had the opportunity to meet with the President & CEO of DaVinciTek, Anthony Curlo, the Chief Talent Officer, Rick Diana and the VP of Human Resources, Elaine Murtagh. Each and every person that I connected with was incredibly professional, transparent, knowledgeable and most importantly, compassionate. I am beginning my second week with DaVinciTek and could not be more grateful with the decision that I have made to work and grow within this company.
