I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DaVita in Jan 2016
Interview
Submitted an online application and was contacted by a recruiter two days later. The original job that I applied for was filled very shortly after my phone interview but the recruiter matched me to another position. It took about 3 weeks before I had a formal interview. The interview itself consisted of several managers from different facilities in the area. The questions were your standard tell us a time when or how did handle a situation types. Be very very familiar with the core values and mission statement and be prepared to ask several thoughtful questions. I left the interview feeling positive but I was given absolutely no indication as to whether or not I would be offered the position.
Three days later I received a call asking if I would like to shadow at a Davita clinic for several hours. I was contacted directly by the FA at that facility to set it up which was nice. I was formally offered a position several days after shadowing.
The interview process was much more formal than it was with the major hospital system that I worked for previously. Overall it was a very positive experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DaVita
Interview
The interview process was informative. The panel each explained their role in the unit before discussing what my role would be. Then they had me observe on the floor so that I could get a feel for whether the position was a good fit for me.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DaVita (Corpus Christi, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
I walked in for application, met with the facility administrator and was invited to come back and shadow a few days later. It was a positive experience but I found out later, I was ineligible for hire due to my DDI score, even if the manager wanted to hire me.
