Interview
I applied online, received a phone interview the next day with a FA. Was called back a week later(exactly) for an in person interview. I interviewed the following Monday with a panel of 3 FA from surrounding locations. Then I was called that afternoon and given an offer. Best advise I can give: BE YOURSELF, know the companies core values and have questions ready to ask them at the end of your interview.

Interview
Recruiter reached to me two weeks after I submitted my application. I was scheduled for a phone screening with him but he opted out of that and it ended up just being more informational about the role. Two primary questions he asked were about my bioscience BA and whether I was pursuing jobs in that field. Also asked about my availability. After phone screen there is an on site/ clinic interview with hiring manager. I got a call back within 48 hours to set final interview with regional manager.

I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Crown Point, IN) in Mar 2023
Interview
I had an interview with this company about a week and a half ago and they said they'll give me a callback within a week to let me know if they decided anything, but I've never received a call from them. So at this point I'm like should I give them a call back because I don't want to seem like I'm desperate for the job even though that job opportunity would allow me to care for others.
