Interview
I applied through my school's recruitment website and was invited for a round of on-campus interviews. The interviewers were two alums from my school. I had a 45-minute interview with each. The first included a case interview. The second interview focused on my resume and experience. I got invited for a second interview in their Denver, CO headquarters. That consisted of a mixer the night before interviews to meet the Redwood staff and current Redwoods analyst. During the day of interviews, you watch a video, go visit a dialysis clinic, and have 3 interviews. The first interview, for me, was another case interview and the last two were behavioral. I asked for feedback was was told to focus on my presence and connecting my experience better with behavioral questions. Given my competition, I suspect some better previous internships may have helped as well.

Interview
The interview process was good and well-structured. It consisted of two rounds both having one case study and one behavioral back-to-back. The interviews where very nice and the behavioral questions where very standard.

Interview
The interview process was actually really enjoyable. Most of them were very young and sociable and easy to get along with. A case interview was also included. After the first round which is a behavioral and a case, they flew me to their El Segundo office for a tour around the building. I wish they had given me an offer. Their corporate jobs looked like a great environment to start a career at.
