Approached on LinkedIn and rushed through 3 telephone calls. 1 with sourcer that found me, 1 with colleague in similar role and 1 with line manager. Few days later I was brought into the office to meet the line manager, TA senior manager and TA director in person. All of this took place within 7 days. They showed me around the new office and really sold me on the role and location before I left and I told me I'd hear back in a few days.
Silence.
Never heard back until about a month later after calling, leaving messages and emailing them 4 times. I finally got an email back that the role was filled internally. I saw it reposted a few days later or I wouldn't even bother with this review.
They boasted their state of the art, advanced recruitment process and a month later their blamed their terrible practice on "several moving pieces."
As a recruiter, I can't even imagine putting my candidates through this.
