The interview process for Davita was extremely exhausting. I applied online and it took two months for them to contact me and by then I had completely forgot I even applied for the position. I went to the interview which at first I didn’t think was that bad but then there was another interview right after the first that same day. I say ok that’s not unusual, however, the thing that got to me was that they told me to try not to repeat any answers to questions but they were constantly asking me the same question in different ways. How many ways to you want me to answer the same question? Oh and to put the icing on the cake there was a third interview. These interviews went on for an hour and 30 minutes. I was completely drained and had stopped trying. I didn’t understand the process. I was defeated because I really wanted to work at this amazing company but after that experience I never wanted to try to work for them again. This was the second tome I interviewed with them. The first time was nothing like this particular experience.

It was very smooth . No problems at all ! The staff was very nice and I was offered the job right on the spot! Such an excellent place to work
