Great interview process starting with the recruiter and the follow-up by the hiring manager. Thorough and well thought out. I felt like the panel interviews really gave them a chance to get to know me although I felt like they had already picked their candidate.

Utilized Behavioral Interviewing questions with follow-up and inquiry. The recruiter was thorough, warm and transparent. They were very welcoming, shared personal background and their own passion for the company, good questions and great rapport.
