The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita in Dec 2014
Interview
The first interview was a phone screening with an hr recruiter. He was very nice and enthusiastic about the position. It seemed very promising. Within a week I was called by the hiring manager for a second phone interview. That went well. It last about 20-30 minutes. The questions weren't tough and everything that I studied (behavioral questions) wasn't asked. She told me that I had given the best answers she'd heard all day. She told me I would be moving onto the next step which was an in person interview. She had stated that she would be going on vacation the following week and would follow up with an email about the next step. Well it's been over 3 weeks now and I still haven't heard anything. I emailed the hr recruiter this week and he responded within an hour and told me he appreciated my email and would get in touch with the hiring manager to see if things could get moving quickly. I still have yet to hear anything and was wondering if anyone else has had this same problem with this company? I'm starting to think that they've filled the position and forgot to tell me...
I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita in Nov 2020
Interview
Due to Covid everything was virtual and had to go through multiple phone interviews before getting to the actual hiring manager. They were very accomadting to schedule my interview around my current work schedule.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Blue Springs, MO) in Feb 2016
Interview
Went through Recruiter, then three managers before I completed a shadow of the position. The interview process was very in-depth and they make sure that you understand what you are getting into before any offer is made.
