Interview process was standard. Company culture is apparently lacking and it shows in the process and demeanor of the hiring team. Would have appreciated a more personable approach in the interview process
Initial interview with recruiter to describe the role and provide context. Then, I was scheduled for a more in depth interview with the hiring manager. The process moved fairly quickly. However, in the end I was “ghosted” by this company. Unfortunately this is not uncommon, though I expected more from this company!
A sourcer reached out to me about a role, we schedule the interview, and the recruiter subsequently ghosts me and never shows up for the interview or doesn’t bother to respond to my email. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Interview
I loved the thought provoking questions vs. the typical behavioral ones. They were real world questions about the industry and where it is headed. It was like having a discussion with a colleague. Felt at ease and confident.
