I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DaVita (Phila, PA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied on the Davita Dialysis website, received an email about setting up a phone interview by a recruiter. The recruiter ask simple questions as to why I chose dialysis, name a time you were in a difficult situation and how you handled it and she ask me about my flexibility and told me about the job position. After the phone interview, I received a Panel interview on the same day. The panel interview was very intimidating because it was a 6:1 interview. I def. came prepared for the interview, learning about the company, their core values and dialysis itself.
