- what do you know about dialysis
- where do you see yourself in 5 years
- & then i asked them questions
I had NO experience in health care but telling them about my passion to become a nurse and grow within the company really sold them

The interview were asked me one time I went above and beyond to help a patient.
My interview process included a panel interview and a 1-1 interview with the clinic directors from different davita locations. It was an easy interview and they're always hiring. They asked very simple questions like why I wanted to work in dialysis.
