The interview process was very quick and easy. Within a week of doing the phone screen, I had an offer for the position. The interview itself was done with my former supervisor and a senior co-worker and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Interview
a recruiter shared my resume with a supervisor at DFCI. she reached out to me to interview. straightforward interview questions & very nice employee! the day after the interview, she reached out to schedule the second round with the team i would be working with. they were wonderful to talk to and it was nice to hear some more insight regarding the position. that same day, they requested information from my references. they text or email a survey for your references to fill out and all their responses are compiled into one document that DFCI sees. my references submitted their information over the next 1-2 days and i received a job offer two days after submitting my references.
