Asked general questions of the company, employment history, and improvement that could be made. However, the manager was completely unprofessional and arrogant. The interview lasted 30 minutes and they didn't have the courtesy to ask me if i had questions at the end? I traveled out of town into Leeds for the interview and was only there for a few minutes before the interview abruptly ended. I've been on other interviews before, but this was the worst i've experienced! Arrogant individual with no class. If i was to give any advice, i would make it clear on the Job Advert that your looking for experience in areas you need (SEO) within the role to make it more efficient for you to narrow down RIGHT candidates in your recruitment process! If you are going to ask me about SEO when i don't have experience in this on my cv then why bring me in for an interview? I don't think this interview was taking seriously at all, as the manager was asking rubbish & didn't take interest to what i had to say and abruptly cut me off mid-sentence in answering questions! Instead, i learn at the interview stage that the existing employer in the marketing team has no skills in the job role i'm applying for, & you state on the job Ad your looking for fresh Graduates and Apprenticeship candidates? If i say, the employer advertised this JOB ALL WRONG! You need Candidates with 1-2 years experience within the areas you needed, NOT graduates thinking that training will be offered and miss lead candidates into thinking that this an entry-level position! Avoid this business! Incompetent employer!
