DataGuard Senior Backend Developer interview questions

So there was an HR interview which went really well. My questions were answered, and afterward, I was given a coding challenge. The coding challenge was about grouping employees for lunch randomly so that there is maximum diversity. The time for the assignment was 4 hours, and it's too less, IMO. I submitted the assignment, and I was told that it was not good enough.
