The hiring process was extremely disappointing. After submitting the assignment (which required significant time and effort, including a video component), there was no response from the company for around 10 days.
Out of nowhere, a rejection email was sent without any feedback or indication that the assignment was properly evaluated. This raises concerns about whether candidates' work is genuinely reviewed or not.
The assignment itself is quite time-consuming, especially with the added requirement of recording a video. It gives the impression that the process may be more focused on extracting work from candidates rather than fairly assessing their skills.
There was no clarity on evaluation criteria, and no feedback was provided despite the effort invested. This lack of transparency and communication makes the experience frustrating for candidates.
Overall, the process felt unprofessional and one-sided. I would strongly advise candidates to think twice before investing time in such lengthy assignments without proper clarity.

Be cautious of companies that require extensive assignments (especially video-based) without clear timelines, evaluation standards, or feedback. Your time and effort deserve better.
