Recruiter contacted via email and asked to schedule phone screen. Timings were as per my convenience. Interviewer called on-time. Interviewer asked one question and explained the question well, gave me enough time to think. Overall a good experience.

Interview
Recruiter contacted me and scheduled a 1-hour coding interview on coding hire. The interviewer was Chinese and his accent was so thick that I had to just say yes, even though I could not understand what he was saying (it was incomprehensible at a point). This guy was the Chief Architect, I wonder how people talk to him at work on phone.
Question was weird as well, not checking any real skill.
