Review:
I recently went through the interview process for a junior role at this company, and unfortunately my experience was not very positive. The main concern was the lack of transparency and the inconsistency in communication between the recruiter and the HR team.
Throughout the process, different people gave completely different information about key aspects of the job. The recruiter stated that weekly travel from Coimbatore to Chennai would be required, while HR said the role was “99% work-from-home” with almost no travel. Later, the recruiter again insisted that weekly travel was mandatory.
The biggest issue was that the company expected this travel to be done without reimbursement unless it was a client meeting, which is not reasonable for a fresher salary.
Another red flag was being asked to submit sensitive personal documents (Aadhaar, PAN, academic certificates) before receiving any written confirmation of selection or an offer letter. I was repeatedly told that my documents were needed to “push my profile to the panel,” even though no formal offer or written job details were shared.
This is not standard HR practice, and it made me uncomfortable.
Overall, the hiring process felt disorganized and lacked clarity, with important terms communicated only verbally and often contradicted later. Candidates deserve clear, consistent, and written information before being asked to share personal documents or commit to job terms. I hope the company improves transparency in future.
