      Builder/Superintendent Interview

      Dec 1, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at David Weekley Homes (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2015

      Interview

Lengthy. After 3 interviews asked me and my wife to have dinner with the higher up and his wife. I declined. After i can only assume i passed the iq test and another test, then 3 interviews, i would assume you know if you want to add me to the team or not. I didn't see dinner necessary.

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at David Weekley Homes in Oct 2019

      Interview

Lengthy interview process. Received a phone call based on a referral which was basically an initial conversation / interview with local project manager. After that I was invited to the office to take a Wonderlic test and go through the first in person meeting with project manager. After that I was instructed to take the personality assessment at home. About a week after the assessment I received a call for another interview to be conducted a few days later. This interview was again with project manager where we went over results of the personality assessment. After this another team member interviewed me with the project manager. About a week after that there was a lunch meeting with project manager and another team member. About two days later I received a call to notify they were going to make an offer.
