Interview
Process is different depending on your experience. If you have bridal experience you are called in for a private interview where i assume they ask you about your bridal experience ect. If you have no experience which is the norm you are called in for a group interview which sometimes they tell you its a group interview and sometimes dont. This interview will consist of sales, personality, background questions. If you have a spunky personality and and can talk to strangers like they are your best friend then you are in.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at David's Bridal
Interview
Easy, friendly, to the point. They gave a brief history of the company, responsibilities, and asked how I qualify. Since I also had previous experience with them, it was very straightforward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If I have experience in sales but also in the alterations department.
I enjoyed the group interview process however I felt like there were a lot of "rounds" of interviews. There was a group interview then a store manager interview and there was a great deal of time between when I interviewed and when I was offered the position.
