I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at David's Bridal
Interview
I applied for a stylist position and didn't hear back for a few weeks. I kept calling during this time, probably about 5 times to speak with the manager and schedule an interview. The interview was a group setting, but it was only me and one other lady because someone had cancelled. Questions that were asked by the manager included, can you sell this dress? (with a picture) Describe past work experiences, like what was my favorite and worst places to work? I didn't receive a phone call until almost a week after the interview, but the manager said that she normally has 2 interviews but was confident and excited to work with me because of my schooling.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most unnatural question was to sell this dress (with a picture). It's kind of hard to act like someone you're interviewing and potentially competing with is actually a sweet excited bride looking for a wedding gown.
