Interview
Easy interview process. You receive automated emails requesting you to call the store for an interview time.I was interviewed by a member of management. I was a little surprised she didn't have any of my paperwork with her. That is why you always carry extra copies of resumes! She asked normal sales questions, and gave sample scenarios of difficult customer service issues that have happened in their store. I felt very comfortable and at ease talking to her. Was told she would like her DSM to interview me and she would be in touch in a few days. Was emailed once again for a second interview. Went back to store and I assumed I would be meeting with the DSM. I am not exactly sure of who I interviewed with because she never told me her title. This interview was short, and not detailed at all for a 2nd interview. At the end she told me they would be reviewing candidates and the DSM would be making calls for further interviews. I left feeling very confused. About a week later I received an email stating they went with other candidates.
