Basic interview with most common and straightforward questions related to customer service and how to handle certain situations. Dress formally and fashionable. The interview was in a formal setting the manager conducting the interview wrote notes for the questions about me and was very nice. I had an employee referral and the time from submitting the application to getting an interview was about a week and a half.

Easy, friendly, to the point. They gave a brief history of the company, responsibilities, and asked how I qualify. Since I also had previous experience with them, it was very straightforward.

If I have experience in sales but also in the alterations department.
I enjoyed the group interview process however I felt like there were a lot of "rounds" of interviews. There was a group interview then a store manager interview and there was a great deal of time between when I interviewed and when I was offered the position.

Go through a series of interviews wth all managers. First interview is mostly discussing company policies and expectations. Must be available on weekends. Very big on sales but training is provided.
