      After submitting my initial application, I was asked to do an asynchronous video interview as well as an assessment/test that focused on logic and problem solving. After those were reviewed I was invited to do an in-person interview with the team - I was able to speak with multiple people at different levels in the company and it gave me a lot of perspective and insight into the position. I was nervous at first but after finishing that interview I felt really confident because it allowed me to really get to know everyone I talked to!

      Applied online and received an email notification to complete an aptitude / personality test, as well as a one-on-one interview to be completed through the SparkHire app. After one week, I still had not heard from anyone at Daxko so I reached out to the hiring manager. Finally 10 days after the interview was submitted, the hiring manager sent me a rejection email. Although this was not a job I truly wanted, it would have been nice to interview in person, especially after having shown enough interest to invest several hours to complete the tasks, since the company likely has many opportunities for growth and career advancement.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback on the interview process. We take time to evaluate all our candidates, and sometimes it takes a little longer than we expect. We also strive to keep all candidates informed about their candidacy throughout the process. I really hope you'll keep us in mind for future opportunities, as we are continually growing!       The interview took place via a website where you record your answers to a set of standard interview questions. You are able to take time to think of your answer and do retakes if necessary. The platform itself is cool, but the process felt impersonal and very automated.

      2-3 hour process that included multiple interviews (one being a peer interview), shadowing, and a tour of the office. The last interview happened after shadowing and the tour which allowed them to ask questions more specific to the role.
