The hiring and interview process with Daxko was very well put together, and was an overall enjoyable experience! I specifically loved how the interview allowed both sides to get to know one another. I had an initial interview that consisted of videoed responses, and then had another zoom interview with several members of the company. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the process.

Interview
There was a one way video interview which allowed me to answer some standard questions with a couple chances to re-record if needed. Next was the zoom interview. I completed a live tech/software demo for a panel of 2 staff and answered more customer service related questions. I also had an opportunity to shadow an actual employee for 20 minutes.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough and detailed, and every person that I met with made that process even easier. There was a specific description of expectations, and all that was asked of me was pertinent to the position I interviewed for, making it an overall positive experience.
