Step 1 - Phone interview with recruiter, took about 10 minutes, was a good prescreening on experience and capabilities for the position, was asked to complete an assessment following the conversation
Step 2 - Zoom interview with hiring team lead, took about 30 minutes, more in depth questions to evaluate your knowledge, skills, and experience
Step 3 - Zoom Interview with a panel, took about 1 hour, gave a presentation related to the positions, answered and asked questions
I was informed that I made it to the next stage during the first two interviews. After the third, I received a job offer two days later.
This was an amazing hiring experience. I felt like the interview was solely focused on seeing if you were the right fit. It didn't have any obscure questions, they were all very relevant. Follow up was quick and efficient. The recruiter, Cliff, was helpful in answering any questions during the process. Be prepared to give a salary range in the first interview!
Every person I interview with was positive, kind, and enthusiastic. It was such an uplifting environment to be in, and that made the interview less nerve-wracking.
