Can you describe the corporate culture or atmosphere of your company? What kind of supervision and training would I receive? How will I receive feedback on my job performance?

Phone screening, general , no callback, not a lot left i can say about it, honestly. I asked for feedback, but did not receive any. I guess that's just the way that it goes some of the time.
