It was an initial virtual interview call on Microsoft Teams. The process was very quick and they offered me a job in the next few days. Upon a job offer it was an in person induction.
The process was straight forward and let you showcase your skills with an assessment day, also the induction let you see what they were about and what they expected from you whilst on the programme.
