Decillion Group interview questions

There were 2 rounds of interview. First round was with HR/person from the department you will be working with and the second round was with management if you make it through the first round. In the second round, be prepared to be interviewed by a narcissistic representative of the management. I was asked a lot of sensitive and irrelevant questions. Get ready to be criticised about your family background (no of siblings, if you are rich or poor), religion and the tone of your voice. Probably their shallow way of testing your way of dealing with stress but I think there are better ways to do that. Overall, the second interview was a put off. From the questions asked, I guess we can judge for ourselves how professional the company is.
