She was most concerned if I could pass a drug test. Did not care about my qualifications (10 plus years). Stated they just need bodies behind the bar because they wanted to get rid of their current full time bartender. She put great emphasis on passing the drug test because most people can't and don't. Introduced me to the managers that were available but not the ones I would be working directly under.

Question 1
How long have you been in the service Industry? What were the pros and cons you have noticed?
Inviting. Management wanted to get to know your personality (important for this industry) as well as your experience. Very knowledgeable about food, spirits, and wines- made it clear they are willing to train the right candidate, but needed a baseline to work from. Upon hiring they are very thorough with their training and making sure you know the menu, drinks, and wine list.
