The process was based on the knowledge of opensource technologies and in LAMP stack, website development HTML ETC. Using PHP and MYSQL as the backbone for development. Wordpress, Magento and smarty.

Interview

First round Aptitude Test,Second round code analysis round on paper pen mode and third round interview. There were around 250 students eligible for first round.around 40 students cleared second round.And finally 3 students selected .I am out of them.

I attend Delgence Technology interview.Before I enter into interview room I was little scared.When Interviewer told me take a seat and told relax.He always tried to make the circumstances comfortable.He asked me basic question like Introduce yourself, What is difference between c and java,What is difference between Abstract class and Interface e.t.c. 7 days later I got my result that I'm shortlisted for Delgence Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Very Funny. nothing knowledge they have and came for hiring to students. Very bad recrutements, They were expecting about about M.tech with overall master. Finally it was day to join this.

Irony Applicant... as an interview as late in June... never happend from our organization. Another shocking thing is disparity between "I applied online" to "they have and came for hiring to students" did you apply for everyone we came to recruit?? we never go to any institution based on an indivisual's application so what i feel is an uncany urge to degarade the ratings ... which again i feel is pointless to rebut.. love & regards Ronny
