I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Bengaluru) in Nov 2015
Interview
TA called and fixed an appointment for a convenient date and time per my suggestion. I reached the Dell premises on time. I was immediately taken to the floor where interview candidates are seated. They offered me water/tea/coffee and showed me where I can get it if needed.
Interviews were going on and my turn came with in 30 min I was seated.
In the interview there were 2 Interviewer sitting and seemed very pleasant and made me comfortable, even though I was tensed.
They explained me about the job profile abd ensured if I was looking for the similar jobs or not.
Then they started with my interview and it didn't go well for me as I wasn't able to answer most of the questions. They were courteous enough to explain me where I went wrong and suggested my improvement areas. The best thing I felt was they were not in a hurry to finish the interview and was trying to dig in to my knowledge and ask questions that was more related to my current job.

Question 1
I hope you realize how the interview went for you. What is that one thing you strongly feel, we should hire you in Dell or we should not lose a candidate like you?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX) in May 2015
Interview
I received an email from a recruiter asking me if I was still interested. She schedule for several interviews to take place on a Friday starting at 9:30am. I showed up at 8:30am and registered with the front desk attendant at 9:00am. Around 9:20, the replacement front desk attendant informed me that no interviews had been booked for me. I decided to reach out to call the recruiter from my cell phone (since Dell does not provide you with contact information for people you are about to meet with) and, after a while, the hiring manager showed up (instead of the first person I was supposed to interview with). The interview went quickly by (30 minutes per interview except for the hiring manager with whom I unfortunately spent less time). The Dell employee interviewers working in security were interesting as they all have diversified background (finance, legal, aeronautical engineering, etc.). All confirmed that I would be a great addition to the team. I completed another interview over the phone late at night and spent a lot more time with that Dell employee from India. He confirmed that he would recommend my employment. I followed-up with the recruiter but did not hear back until 2 weeks later that they had decided to hire someone internally.
