I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX) in Nov 2011
Interview
The initial interview was a very straightforward behavioral interview, but the on-site interviews were performed in a large open room with curtains separating the interviewees. It turned out to be a very awkward couple of panel interviews. But overall, Dell seemed to be a nice company, and they tour you around their massive campus during the day as well as a bus tour of Austin.

Great interview experience. Talked about the company and what skills I have that can add value to the company. Definitely do some research on the company and what they have been involved in.

Interview
It was very behavioral based and pretty relaxed. All around a good interviewing environment. I would recommend moderate preparation for basic behavioral interviewing questions. I would recommend this company to a friend.
