Quite straight forward. They look for employees who have some basic knowledge and not great knowledge. If you dont know something just say so, and also mention that you are willing to learn and will catch up fast.
Questions about difficult situations at previous jobs, questions regarding basic technical skills and knowledge, questions about how would you go about performing a certain process. Not much info provided about typical job tasks that would be performed if you ask about it.

Aptitude was there ,shortlisted candidates have to attend for the gd round, followed by technical round and then final round will be managerial round .technical round they will ask whatever is there in your resume .

Interview
It was good and they asked relevant questions regarding the profile. I had a different background but in spite of that, they overlooked it and offered me the job. It was a tech support job and it was all they were offering at that time.
