A recruiter got in touch with me nearly 3 months after applying by phone to tell me that they would either be in touch about an assessment centre or be in touch saying I wasn't successful. 2 months later I get the rejection email. Poor managing of candidates, will not be applying there again.

Interview
First they reach out to you via phone for a first mini interview. The next step concerns an online assessment and then there is a second round of online interview that last longer and is conducted by more experienced TA specialists and usually a manager. The final step of the process involves an assessment center primarily consisting of group interviews. Overall the process is challenging but pleasant, the interviewers make you feel quite comfortable and the interview itself feels more like a conversation.
