Interview
The interview process is fairly fundamental and effective as long as the applicant listens closely to the questions and follows the instructions. The key is to answer questions using real past experience. They are not trick questions, they are simply set up so the applicant can share historical facts instead of tomorrow's theory.

It consisted in a phone interview and after you had to visit the offices so as to know if you are suitable for the job. In total, it lasted more than 3 months.
