Applied online, and was interviewed immediately.
Asked me basic IT questions, asking my availability and experience. Seeing as I had no experience, I believe I didn't get the job because of this. No idea where to start my IT career.

Interviewed on the phone first. Basic questions and a few technical questions. Accepted for a personal interview. Didn't get the job because of lack of experience. At least they gave me a chance.
